Free E-Mail Consult to determine if you qualify for a move to Italy. You do not want to begin the Visa process only to find out that you may not meet Italian qualifications.
Purchase under 100K Euro
For purchases under 100,000 Euro, a flat fee of $1000. This will include assisting you in locating a property based on your wants, we will work with the realtor for you and assist in lowering their fees. We will use our in-house notary and interpreter which keep costs down.
Purchase Gold Package
For any purchase, we will be with you every step of the way. From doing videos, or FaceTime with you of properties if you cannot be in Italy at the time. When you can come we will pick you up from Brindisi airport or Lecce train station. We will assist you with your Visa, Purchasing property all steps, and utility hook-ups. This service is 2% of the purchase price and $500 up front costs.
Purchase Platinum
For any purchase, we will be with you every step of the way. From doing videos, or FaceTime with you of properties if you cannot be in Italy at the time. We will pick you up from Bari or Brindisi airport or Lecce train station. We will assist you with your Visa, Purchasing property all steps, and utility hook-ups. We will help you get your Codice Fiscale. We will assist you with contractors for any remodeling you may want to do. We will also assist you in finding a temporary rental while you are looking at properties. This service is 3% of the purchase price and $500 up front costs.
Rental, Digital Nomads
With rentals, we can assist you in finding and securing a contract, we will help negotiate the terms, length of lease and finding your ideal location. We will assist you with utilities. Price is $500 basic, Visa assistance and Codice Fiscale $1000.
